Yep, pretty easy when you are on a flat run with nice, packed snow. Lets see how your technique holds up on a steep mogul run!

pole plant is wrong: they move the arm backwards, instead of moving only the wrist.
their movement seems to make the upper body rotate, as well…

The posts before this one are right, this stuff is old, out of date and useless on real snow and mountains. They got some old ex-racer to do silly demos that are old fashioned.
