Romantic Trip Ideas for surprising hard working husband :)?

Hey there, I am looking to make a surprise to my very hard working husband in November and book a romantic trip (3-4-5 days). Ok, so, this is what I am looking for: mountains, small romantic village, amazing landscapes, clean air, lake, cosy accommodation (e.g. mountain cabin, picturesque but maybe have internet connection 
), we are not into skiing stuff, but we love places full of history, so it will be great to have a castle to visit or something, i honestly prefer a place in europe like switzerland, austria, czech republic, etc, you got the idea.
so, anyone who did this and have some recommendations?
also, it has to be, of course, acceptable price.
