Has anyone ever worked for Silver ski? What are they like to work for?

I have done a ski season before for Mark Warner as a Chalet girl, so am aware how hard the work can be. I have heard a lot of good things about Silver Ski, just wondering if you have heard or experienced the same? thanks
Theyre not bad, my cousin worked there for awhile. But if your under 30, they dont take you seriously.
