Our condo is available for rent throughout the year and is located at 627 Park Avenue in Park City, Utah. We are directly kitty corner to the Kimball Art Center, aka the Sundance House during the film festival each year. We are also 2 blocks from the Park City Town Lift and you can virtually ski in/out with our location. We offer significant discounts for skiing to all our guests and will have the tickets waiting for you upon arrival.
