I have been to the French Alps (The Three Valleys Courchevel) and Andorra in previous years. Should I try somewhere else this year. Good snow and food (i.e catered chalet) are my main priorities.

what exactly does 'chalet board' mean in context of ski accomodation? i know it means that staff cook for you 6 days out of 7 & provide continental breakfast…but do they come into your chalet & do that or is food served in a central area where there will be other people from other chalets?
